When will my order ship?
Orders with Ground Shipping can take up to 48-72 hours to be processed and shipped.

The shipping estimator provided at check out will take our warehouse processing times into consideration when providing estimation dates. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.

What shipping methods do you offer?
Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window.
Can I change my shipping address once my order is placed?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us via EMAIL as soon as possible at Layla's

In some cases, we may be able to change your address after being shipped. UPS charges a $17 intercept fee plus transportation fees to change an address. This charge can be billed to your original method of payment, or a new method of payment can be provided to cover these costs.
Why is my package still in pre-shipment?
As a result of COVID-19 challenges, shipping carriers are experiencing an increase in package volume. This may result in delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.
How do I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.

In order to qualify for free return shipping, your return package must be postmarked within the first 10 days of delivery using the return label we provide when you initiate your return.

Didn't get it postmarked within 10 days? If you choose to use our label, the label cost of $7 will be deducted from your merchandise refund for each return package sent after the 10 day period.

Returns postmarked within 10 days from delivery qualify for return. Return up to 30 days from your delivery date with only a $7 return fee- we'll just deduct it from your refund!

What is your Return Policy?
• Return packages must be postmarked within the 30 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
• Return packages postmarked within the first 10 days following the delivery date, will qualify for free return shipping. Return packages postmarked after the first 10 days from delivery will have a $7 fee deducted from the refund amount.
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
• Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.
• If your shoes are returned without a shoe box or with damage to the shoe box, your return may be refused.
• Beauty & Wellness products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the seal unbroken.
• Handbags & Purses sold with a dust bag must be returned with their original dust bag.
• Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
• If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Layla's Closet is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
